What should I eat?

W H A T - S H O U L D - I - E A T ? 🤔 To sum up an answer to this long standing, age old question... Mr Pollan has put it perfectly 👌🏼 Snowballing rates ⛄️ of diabetes, heart disease & obesity can all be linked to the average person’s unhealthy diet 🍔 🍟 but how do we change? There are roughly S E V E N rules to consider when choosing what to eat:

1️⃣ - Don’t eat anything your great grandparents wouldn’t recognise as food 🙅🏼 2️⃣ - If it has more than 5 ingredients, especially those you can’t even pronounce - kick it to the curb 🤾🏼‍♂️ 3️⃣ - Shop in the outer aisles of the supermarket, where the real food hangs out 🥑🥦🥒🥝🍊🍈🥕4️⃣ - Don’t eat anything that won’t eventually rot & die 5️⃣ - Always leave the table a little hungry. Don’t stuff yourself full to the brim! Many cultures have rules that you stop eating before you are full 💃🏻🕺🏼 6️⃣ - Eat together with family/friends around a table, at regular times & not in front of the TV 📺 7️⃣ - Don't buy food where you buy your petrol or from drive-ins. In America, approx 20% of food is eaten in the car 🌭🍔🍟 —————————-Remember 💡- real food grows, rots & dies. It doesn’t need an ingredient list
