There are roughly S E V E N rules to consider when choosing what to eat:

1๏ธโƒฃ - Donโ€™t eat anything your great grandparents wouldnโ€™t recognise as food ๐Ÿ™…๐Ÿผ 2๏ธโƒฃ - If it has more than 5 ingredients, especially those you canโ€™t even pronounce - kick it to the curb ๐Ÿคพ๐Ÿผโ€โ™‚๏ธ 3๏ธโƒฃ - Shop in the outer aisles of the supermarket, where the real food hangs out ๐Ÿฅ‘๐Ÿฅฆ๐Ÿฅ’๐Ÿฅ๐ŸŠ๐Ÿˆ๐Ÿฅ•4๏ธโƒฃ - Donโ€™t eat anything that wonโ€™t eventually rot & die 5๏ธโƒฃ - Always leave the table a little hungry. Donโ€™t stuff yourself full to the brim!
